White Sugar
white sugar (also called table sugar or granulated sugar) is almost pure sucrose (>99.9%). It’s made by refining raw sugar from sugarcane or sugar beets, removing molasses, minerals, and impurities. Fine white crystals with a neutral sweet taste.
