Hazelnut Kernels are in general classified as Extra, Class 1 and Class 2. The main calibrations are 9-11 mm, 11-13 mm and 13-15 mm, while intermediary calibrations are also possible. Raw Hazelnuts are in general produced according to the EU Standard TS 3075
